What matters the most to us is you being happy with our gifts! However, if for any reason you wish to return them or cancel your order prior to the product(s) being dispatched, here is how you can do it:

You must notify us in writing not later than fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving the product(s).

Products can be returned if they are in a good state, do not show signs of wear, are without stains and without damage.

If you have purchased a gift that contains other packaged goods (for example photo frames, soaps, creams, bath bombs, etc.) these must be returned in their original packaging, without any damage or signs of use.

It is understood that products that have already been opened from their seals and / or used are not eligible for a refund.

After your written notification, returns can be sent as follows:

1. Return to Pastel Gifts workshop

You can return your products at the Pastel Gifts workshop located shop 2, 13B, Olympias Street, Agios Antonios, 1070, Nicosia, Cyprus. Please book an appointment for your return by telephone or email, as the workshop working hours vary.

2. Return sent by courier addressed to:

You will need to cover any delivery charges for your return.

Any return statement must include the payment receipt with which the item was bought and must be sent in writing via email at [email protected] or by letter addressed to Andreea Stoinescu, shop 2, 13B, Olympias Street, Agios Antonios, 1070, Nicosia, Cyprus

• After we will receive your written statement and the receipt of the products we will confirm you the cancellation in writing and we will refund to you the price paid. This does not include any delivery charges if your order has already been shipped with the courier. We will refund you the amount paid without undue delay and not later than:
  fourteen (14) calendar days after the day we receive back from you the product(s) supplied, or
• if there were no product(s) ever dispatched, fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel this contract.

Our Right to Cancel Your Order: We may need to cancel an order prior to delivery of the Products due to some force majeure event or stock unavailability. If this happens, we will contact you immediately to let you know, and if you have made any advance payment for products that have not been delivered to you, we will refund those amounts.
